BurnabyAgency.ca exists for one kind of client: a Burnaby trade, home-service firm or local business that wants more of the right work and a straight explanation of where its marketing money goes. We're based in Vancouver, a short drive from the Burnaby boundary, and Metro Vancouver is our home region. We don't keep a Burnaby office, and we won't invent one.
The company behind the site
BurnabyAgency.ca belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients across Canada.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Under that umbrella sit five brands: Trades.Agency, HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Conv.ca and BusinessConsulting.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the sister firm that handles strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting for Canadian companies; Ali founded it and is its Founder & Managing Partner.
- Trades.Agency is the group's brand for trades and home-service marketing, and this site is part of its family.
We're a marketing and business consulting service. We don't install, repair or service equipment, we don't do trade work, and we don't sell leads to your competitors.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads the group. His degree is an MBA in Technology Management. His marketing career began in 2007, when he set up ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency, which puts his experience at 17+ years. He now lives and works in Vancouver.
Since then he has:
- built more than 150 live HVAC websites, including Metro Vancouver brands such as burnabyboiler.ca, vancouverboilers.ca and bcwide.ca;
- founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca;
- founded SAZ.ca, where he is Founder & Managing Partner;
- worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
The results he publishes come from heating and cooling clients, the sector where his portfolio grew up. You can read them, labelled as results from our HVAC work, on the results page.
How we work
We work the same way on every Burnaby account:
- Numbers first. Before suggesting a channel, we ask what a job is worth, what share of enquiries you close and where your recent jobs were. Those figures set the ceiling on every campaign.
- Small, honest geography. We pick the town centres, villages and neighbouring cities you can serve well, rather than claiming all of Metro Vancouver.
- Write for the real buyer. A strata manager, a homeowner in the Heights and a Mandarin-speaking family near Metrotown need different pages and messages.
- You own everything. Domain, website, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name.
- Plain reporting. Monthly reports show enquiries, cost per lead and what changed, in language an owner can read in five minutes.
- Month-to-month. No long-term contract. A 30-day notice is all it takes to stop, and the pricing page sets out the terms.
What "home region" means to us
Being in Metro Vancouver doesn't make us Burnaby insiders, and we won't claim local knowledge we haven't earned. What it does mean is that we know the region's weather, the cost of crossing a bridge for a job, and the way growth is concentrated around Burnaby's town centres. We check every recommendation against what Burnaby searchers actually see, using rank checks from points across your service area.
The areas page shows how we think about each part of the city.
What we won't do
- Promise rankings, lead numbers or a date by which you'll top the map.
- Write fake reviews, invent customers or buy reviews.
- Lock you into a contract or hold your website hostage.
- Give legal, engineering or code-compliance advice. Where regulators such as Technical Safety BC or WorkSafeBC are relevant, we point you to them and you confirm your obligations.
Why the HVAC background helps a Burnaby business
Heating companies sell an expensive, urgent, seasonal service to homeowners who compare several quotes. That's a demanding test of local marketing, and it's where Ali's methods were refined. A Burnaby electrician, renovator or clinic faces many of the same pressures: trust has to be earned quickly, the phone has to be answered, and every lead has a real cost.
