The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Annual billing | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | An established Burnaby business that needs its core digital marketing done well |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once, with half off Trades.Agency website design packages |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Its own dedicated team and priority support, with any website package designed and built free |
All prices are in Canadian dollars, before 5% GST. There's no long-term contract: plans renew monthly, a 30-day notice ends them, and committing to a year earns the lower rate.
What drives the cost
The plan fee pays for people's time: strategy, writing, campaign management and reporting. Four things push a Burnaby business toward one tier or another.
- Number of channels. Local SEO alone is lighter work than local SEO plus Google Ads plus strata outreach.
- Number of languages. Each language you add means its own pages, ad groups and reviews to manage.
- Size of the service area. Burnaby alone is simpler than Burnaby plus Vancouver, New Westminster and the Tri-Cities, each with its own budget.
- Website needs. If your site needs a rebuild, the higher tiers include website discounts or a full build.
Working out what you can afford
A plan is worth it only if the work it brings in covers the fee and the ad spend with room left over. Here's a simple check, using example numbers:
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Plan fee (Growth, month-to-month) | $1,999 |
| GST at 5% | $99.95 |
| Ad spend | $1,500 |
| Total monthly cost | $3,598.95 |
| Average gross profit per job | $450 |
| Jobs needed to break even | 3,598.95 ÷ 450 ≈ 8 |
If eight extra jobs a month is realistic for your business and your capacity, the plan can pay for itself. If you'd struggle to handle eight more jobs, start smaller or use the free consultation to rethink the approach. The home page has a quick lead-value calculation that complements this one.
How to choose
- Choose Growth if you need one or two channels done properly, typically local SEO and Google Ads, for one service area.
- Choose Elite if you're adding strata outreach, a second language or a neighbouring city, or you need a new website and want the design discount.
- Choose Enterprise if you run several service lines or locations, want a dedicated team, and need a full website build included.
When in doubt, start lower. Moving up is easy once a channel proves itself, and month-to-month terms mean you're never stuck.
What's never extra, and what is
Included in every plan: a plan agreed in writing, monthly reporting in plain language, and ownership of your accounts and content.
Paid separately: ad spend (paid to the platform), any third-party tools you choose to buy, and printing or physical materials.
Not something we sell at all: leads resold from other businesses, fake reviews or promised rankings.
Questions to ask before you sign anything
Whoever you hire, us or anyone else, ask these before agreeing to a plan:
- Whose name are the website, profile and ad accounts in?
- What's the notice period, and is there a setup fee?
- What cost per lead are you aiming for, and how was it worked out?
- What will the monthly report show?
Clear answers to all four are a good sign.
Next steps
Read the services hub to see which work fits your situation, or the FAQ for questions about contracts and ownership. Then call, text or email to book the free consultation. We're a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor, so every dollar here goes to marketing, not trade work.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan runs month by month; give us 30 days' notice and it ends. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend goes straight from your account to Google or another platform. The plan fee covers strategy, management, content and reporting.
Do I pay GST?
Burnaby clients add 5% GST to the plan price. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
What does the free consultation cover?
Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute first conversation, separate from the paid plans. We look at your numbers, your service area and what's not working, and tell you honestly whether a plan makes sense.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Many clients start on Growth, then move up when a service is proven and they want to add another channel or language.
