For a Burnaby owner, the fastest route is a call or text to (604) 632-4959; for anything longer, email Ali@Sedighi.ca. A senior strategist answers, not a sales team. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Call, text or email; pick whichever suits your day.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours for a quick, live conversation.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job and can't talk. A short message is fine; we'll reply by text or call back when you say it suits.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca for longer questions, or when you want to share figures, a link to your website or screenshots of your ad account.

There's no form, chat window or booking calendar. A real person reads every message.

What to include in your first message

Five short details turn our first reply into real advice rather than a string of questions back to you. Include what you can:

  1. Your business and trade, for example "residential plumbing" or "strata window cleaning".
  2. Where you work: the Burnaby areas, such as Metrotown, Brentwood or the Heights, and any neighbouring cities.
  3. What's not working: too few calls, expensive leads, wrong kinds of jobs, a website that doesn't convert.
  4. Rough numbers, if you know them: typical job value, how many enquiries you get a month and roughly how many you win.
  5. What you already have: website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and who controls them.

Here's a template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, I run [Business name], a [trade] company based in [City]. We mostly work in [areas]. Our main problem is [problem]. We get about [number] enquiries a month and our typical job is around [$ amount]. Can we talk this week?

What happens next

After you get in touch, the process is simple:

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to confirm a time to talk or to answer directly if the question is quick.
  2. We talk for about 30 minutes. We look at your numbers, your service area and what you've tried. For eligible trades businesses, this first consultation is free.
  3. You get an honest recommendation. That might be a plan, a smaller first step, or advice that you don't need us right now.
  4. If we work together, we agree the plan in writing, including channels, areas, a cost-per-lead ceiling and the monthly fee from the pricing page.

There's no pressure and no long sales sequence afterwards.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to prepare, a few pages are worth a quick look:

  • The services hub explains how to tell which service you need first.
  • The areas page shows how we think about different parts of Burnaby.
  • The FAQ covers contracts, ownership and what happens if it doesn't work.

If you're comparing agencies

It's sensible to talk to more than one agency before choosing. When you do, ask each the same questions: who owns the accounts, what a lead is expected to cost, how results are reported and what the notice period is. Write down the answers. We're happy to be compared on those points, and if another firm suits you better, we'd rather you choose it than sign with us reluctantly.

Who you'll be talking to

Behind BurnabyAgency.ca is the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, run from Vancouver, BC, with Ali Sedighi, MBA, at the head. We're a marketing and business consulting service for Burnaby businesses. We're not a contractor, so please don't contact us to book trade work; we can't send anyone to your home or business. If you're a homeowner looking for a tradesperson, a local directory or a referral from a neighbour will serve you better.

For Burnaby business owners, though, we're happy to hear from you, even if you're just checking whether your current agency is doing a good job.

Frequently asked questions

Which is quickest: call, text or email?

A call during business hours is quickest. A text works well if you're on a job site and can't talk. Email suits longer questions or when you want to send numbers or screenshots.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute first consultation, separate from paid plans, with no obligation.

Can I meet you in Burnaby?

Yes. We don't have a Burnaby office or a public address, but consultations can be in person or by video call, and day-to-day work runs by phone, text, email and shared screens.

Will you share my details with anyone?

No. We use your contact details to reply to you and don't sell or pass them on. We only send commercial email to people who contacted us first.
